I had the good fortune of working with Mike. To hear that he passed is truly awful news.

Mike had an amazing sense of humor and was very kind. Those are two very important attributes for a person to have, but it's really those of us around that type of special person whose lives are made better.

Mike could make anyone laugh, and he knew how to turn bad times into good. He is dearly missed.

To all of Mike’s family- Cindy and I would like to extend our heartfelt sympathies at the loss of Mike. The shock of his passing has left a void for all us on Rosemary Avenue. He was a great neighbor, kind and friendly, always willing to help without even being asked. But, he was a better man. His pleasant upbeat demeanor picked everyone’s spirits up. He always had a handy joke, albeit corny. We shared our love of the Yankees and our despise for the Red Sox. He was more than a neighbor, he was a good friend to all. We lost of of the true “good guys” in this world the day Mike died.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you all. Please know we sadly share the burden of your loss. May he forever Rest In Peace.

I never knew Mike personally, but I had the opportunity to see him most days of the week, as he was a regular customer at my store. He was always super nice, had funny jokes, and generally made my day better whenever I saw him. That was just the type of guy he was. I heard he came into our store last week, but I wasn’t there to see him; I wish I would have had the opportunity to say goodbye. I know words don’t make his passing any better, but know that his family and friends were always on his mind whenever he came in.

We were friends. We were bandmates. We were like brothers.
Simple words, I know, but true nonetheless.
Chris and Jackie, you were your Dad's absolute joy. My deepest condolences to you both on your loss. He was so proud of you.
A good friend. A good man.♡

So sorry to hear about the loss of Mike. Prayers to his kids and family. He was a great guy with an awesome sense of humor. I met Mike when I was younger as my Dad taught at Medaille. I also then went to Medaille as a student and got to know him more. He also would come in my restaurant when he was working at Medaille. A year or so ago I would also run into him at Valu. He will be missed!

I am sad to hear of Mikes passing. I have known Mike for over 50 years. He was my best friend through high school and years after. It was Mike who introduced me to my wife. He loved playing guitar, and we had some really good times playing guitars together. We shared so many good times and laughs together. I could write a book on all the fond memories. He will be greatly missed.
