Dearest Family of Beniamino, I am so sad to see that precious Beniamino has passed. (I saw it in the EB Times after the funeral was over, or I would have gone to pay my respects.) He was friends with my Nonna Santina (years ago when she was alive) and he came to Papa's Bakery often when I worked there. He was a wonderful person. God bless him. He always had something good to say and a special way of brightening the day. He used to tell me how he did work on our family house years ago and that made me feel close to him.  He was very special and I am so sorry for you all, and for the rest of us as well, who won't get to see him on this earth anymore... hopefully we will in Heaven.  A special hug to his lovely wife, Maria. My deepest sympathy, on behalf of my whole Family,

I have many fond memories of Benny, even though I had only known him for a short period of time.
He was such a wonderful respectable man.  A loving husband, caring father & nurturing Gradfather.
I am so thankful to have been given the opportunity to meet such a special person.
He always made me laugh (even when I couldn't quite understand the Italian)
and even still... he brought a smile to my face. 
He always made me feel like part of the family especially during Sunday dinners.  He ensured I had a glass of his home made "vino".  
I will miss him so much !

Dear Maria and Family,
 I never, ever, look at the Herald obituaries. This morning I did for the very first time and I am so sorry to see Ben has passed away. Something drew me to this paper today. This is why I beleive in God. When we all pass, we will see our families again. I always wondered how he was doing. My Father passed away in February at Spaulding in Salem, Ma. My Mother passed away 6 weeks later. I miss both of them. Please extend Robin and my deepest sympathies to all the family.
