De PALMA-Bertha (Cohen) of East Boston on November 6, 2011. Beloved wife of the late Carmen De Palma. Loving mother of Charlene Morelli and her late husband Michael Sr, of Billerica, Joseph De Palma and his wife Maureen of East Boston and William De Palma and his wife Debra of Revere. Cherished grandmother of Ginnine, Stacy, Michelle, Nicole, Christine, and Joanne; great-grandmother of Desiree, Gage, Olivia and Jonathan. Dear sister of Rena Tarmy and her husband William of N. Reading, the late Dorothy Porter, Saul Cohen and Jeanette Esposito. Also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and friends. Funeral from the Rapino Memorial Home, 9 Chelsea St. (Maverick Sq.) EAST BOSTON on Thursday at 9am with a Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated in Our Lady of The Assumption Church, 404 Sumner St., East Boston at 10am. The family will receive visitors on Wednesday from 4-8pm. Services will conclude with interment in Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett.
