Loving father of George LaPia Jr and his wife Robin of Saugus, Eileen Parker and her husband Jaime of Malden, Nancy Meena and her husband Daniel of Lynn, and Jon Michael LaPia and his wife Elizabeth of Lynn. Cherished grandfather of 14 and great-grandfather of 5. Dear brother of Carmella LaPia of East Boston, the late James, Michael, Antoinetta, Jennie and Nancy. Also survived by loving nieces and nephews. Prayer service in the Rapino Memorial Home, 9 Chelsea St. (Maverick Sq.) EAST BOSTON on Friday at 11am. The family will receive visitors on Friday from 9-11am. Services will conclude with interment in Holy Cross Cemetery, Malden.
