LAMONICA- Katherine “Kay”, 88, formerly of East Boston on October 11, 2011. She was preceded by her husband Rosario "Cougie" LaMonica. Beloved mother of Roseann DeMarco, Ralph “Brodi” Rizzuti, John LaMonica, Rosario LaMonica, Janice Rorick and Dennis LaMonica. Cherished grandmother of 16; great-grandmother of 24 and great-great-grandmother of 2. The family will receive visitors on Thursday in the Rapino Memorial Home, 9 Chelsea St. (Maverick Sq.) EAST BOSTON from 4-8pm with a Prayer Service to be held at 7:30pm. Interment will be in the Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne on Friday at 10am.
