Mary Ferullo

FERULLO-Mary of East Boston on April 4, 2010. Beloved daughter of the late Joseph and Assunta (Madalazzo) Ferullo. Dear sister of Helen Stillman of Peabody, Viola Manozzi of Peabody, Michael Ferullo of Revere, the late Mae Finamore, Bonnie Sciarappa, Margaret, Louis, Joseph, Anthony and John Ferullo. Mary will especially be missed by her primary caretakers, Judy and Michael Orlando of Peabody and their children, “her Michael” and Lauren. Also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, grandnieces and nephews. Funeral from The Rapino Memorial Home, 9 Chelsea St. (Maverick Sq.) EAST BOSTON on Thursday at 9am followed by a Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated in Sacred Heart Church, Brooks St., East Boston at 10am. The family will receive visitors on Wednesday from 4-8pm. Services will conclude with interment in St. Michael Cemetery, Roslindale. Mary worked in the garment industry until her retirement, a member of Local 80D ILGWU. She enjoyed having her family gather at her house every Sunday for dinner; spending weekends at her sister Helen’s house in Peabody; holidays and vacations, especially cruises, wither her family in Peabody; Activities and trips with East Boston Seniors, Florence Levine Estates and Chelsea Jewish Nursing Home. She loved sewing, cooking for her family, eating out, candy, shopping, going for long rides, reading the newspaper, McDonalds and Santarpios.
