Pietro A. Castaldini of East Boston and formerly of Grottaminarda, Italy on July 4, 2012. Beloved husband of Angiola (Annese) Castaldini. Loving father of Maria Immacolata Scarpa and her husband William of East Boston, Flavia Petruzziello and her husband Umberto of Winthrop, Filomena Castaldini of Winthrop, Francesco Castaldini of East Boston and Antonio Castaldini and his wife Sandra of Westwood. Cherished grandfather of Candice Talbot, Nadia Caiazza, Marco Petruzziello, Carlo Scarpa, Antonio Castaldini, Luca Castaldini, Domenic Castaldini; great-grandfather of Robert and Angelina Talbot. Dear brother of Lucia Aniello, Antonio Castaldini, Carlo Castaldini all of Italy and the late Remigio Castaldini. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Most Holy Redeemer Church, 72 Maverick St., East Boston on Saturday at 10am. Services will conclude with entombment in Holy Cross Mausoleum, Malden.
