

Alphe Levesque, 87, of East Hartford, CT died on Tuesday, (June 21, 2011). He was born in St. David, Maine and was the son of the late Alfred and Annie (Cote) Levesque. He was a long time resident of East Hartford and retired from Pratt & Whitney after many years of service. He is survived by his devoted wife, Yolande (Ouellette) Levesque, a son and two daughters, James Levesque and his wife, Carol of Southington; Rita Levasseur and her husband, Glen of Farmngton; Joanne Parent and her husband, Wayne of Rocky Hill. He is also survived by five sisters and four brothers, Irma Cyr; Muriel Chamberlain; Sister Lucille Levesque; Bernadette Sirois; Simone Deshaine; Armand; Joel; Real and Bertrand Levesque. He leaves many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by two sisters and three brothers, Rhea Guerrette; Corine Bouchard; Gilbert, Lionel, Roland Levesque.
Memorial services will on Saturday, June 25, 2011 from 11:00 to 1:00 at the Newkirk and Whitney Funeral Home, 318 Burnside Ave. East Hartford. Burial will be private. The family wishes to thank the dedicated Hospice nurses and staff at Masonic Care in East Hartford, especially Sindie Thomas and Sarah Barrett who's care and dedication will never be forgotten.
