Clifford Pinney III, 53, of East Hartford, died Wednesday Oct. 3. He was born in Hartford, CT a son of Gertrude (Apolzer) Pinney and the late Clifford Pinney, Jr. He was a graduate of East Hartford High School Class of 1977. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his devoted daughter Jaclyn of Wethersfield, his brothers Craig Pinney and his wife AnneMarie of Wethersfield, Lain Pinney of East Hartford and Verne Pinney and his wife Jeanie of Oakland, ME, one sister Janet P. Blesso and her husband Thomas of Billerica, MA, three treasured granddaughters Rose, Acacia and Lily Spence and several nieces, nephews and cousins. In addition to his father, he was predeceased by his brother Ronald C. Pinney. Funeral services are Tuesday at 10Am at the Newkirk & Whitney Funeral Home 318 Burnside Avenue, East Hartford. Burial will follow in Silver Lane Cemetery. Visiting hours at the funeral home are Monday 4-7PM and Tuesday from 9AM until the service.
