Clifford Larry Rea, 81, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, April 18, 2026. He was born October 9, 1944, in Sacramento, California, a son of the late Edgar James and Helen Louise (Galyan) Rea. Clifford was a high school graduate and proudly served his country in the U.S. Marines. At the time of his passing, he was a truck driver often on the road for several days at a time.
He is survived by a stepson, Howayne (Sara Gimmartino) Brown and their children of East Hartford, nieces, Barbara Ferguson of Nevada, Ramona Key of Oregon, Carolyn Reese of Texas, and Linda Sauter of Oregon, and a nephew, Hal Denton from California. He is also survived by his grandson, Michael Rea from Minnesota, daughter-in-law Karen Rea from Minnesota and he is predeceased by his son, David Rea of Minnesota.
Funeral services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
