Elvin Giovannie Rivera, aka: Giova, age 43, of East Hartford, Connecticut passed away on Sunday, May 28, 2023. Born October 26,1979 in Guayama, Puerto Rico, of parents Myrta Rivera and Jose Gomez. He had a great passion for cars and mechanics. Giova also enjoyed researching and learning different things, dancing but most of all, he loved living life his way. Survived by his parents Myrta Rivera and Jose Gomez, stepfather Eduardo Lopez and his brother and sister.
A calling hours for Elvin will be held Saturday, July 1, 2023 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Newkirk & Whitney Funeral Home, 318 Burnside Ave, East Hartford, Connecticut 06108, followed by a funeral home service from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
