Memories I’d like to share of my mother, some silly stories, devotion, good nature and her strong faith in God.Her answer to everything was to pray;this has stayed with me and has been engrained in us since childhood. She healed our pain when we asked her to with faith that it will be done. She prayed for those she loved, items that were lost and pretty much everything. She took impeccable care of her grandchildren indulging them. She snuck them sweets and at all costs kept them warmly dressed, zipped and buttoned up before kissing them off to school every day.I left them in the care of an angel.Every morning mom would make the best coffee and we sat next to each other in our respective rocking chairs chatting, enjoying coffee and company before leaving for work.I will miss that most!Mom loved her pets and spoke to them.Mom loved her exercise and daily walks scouring the woodland for twigs and branches.Stumbling upon neat twig piles outside placed here and there was a common sight, and I knew she was responsible for this. The mountain of twigs inside the garage was a testimony to her passion.Treasure hunting was another passion of hers.We went tag sailing most weekends spending hours enjoying our travels and treasures.Mom collected all things pretty like crystal, china and especially angles. She surrounded her space with six display cabinets over flowing with her treasures. It was bright and angelical.Mom was pleased to tell me she got the mail. She even let me know if the neighbor got his mail. She apprized me of the day to day activities. Mom was entertaining. Like the morning I received a call thanking me for being the chaperone for the trash museum field trip she signed me up for by accident.Or when Lillian was sent to school wearing a Budweiser hat, which was confiscated.I treasure these silly moments now and the endless antics circling Mom and our daily life then.Mom gave us a gift of love, laughter, devotion and a wonderful crazy life while she was here,we celebrate this.

Jeanne, I have to say, you have more angels and cherubs, than anyone I know. When I went to Bolton with you, I was amazed. I'll never look at an angel again, and not think of you. Just yesterday, I bought little crystal angel earrings because they reminded me of you. You've helped me find purpose and direction in my life and I will share our story with others, with the hope of bringing peace to someone else.
