It is with great sadness that we have learned of JoAnn's passing. My wife, Michele and I got to know JoAnn many years ago when we were all members of the Judicial system.....JoAnn as an Assistant Clerk, myself in the Prosecutor's office, and Michele as a Special Deputy Sheriff. JoAnn was one of the special people who stood out because of her rare combination of intelligence, ability and personality. I can't remember one day when she did not have a smile on her face, and she was always the "go to" person in the Clerk's office at G.A. 12 and G.A. 13. She is now re-united with her beloved Don. God Bless all of her loving family.
