Kathleen M. (Bossie) Lachance

February 25, 2024, at Harrington Court in Colchester after a period of declining health with her son and daughter-in-law by her side.

She was the beloved wife of the late Robert J. Lachance, Sr., who passed away in 1996. Born in Houlton ME on January 27, 1936, she was the daughter of the late Albert and Alice (Cyr) Bossie.

She worked for Generis Caterers for over 40 years, retiring in 2012.

She leaves to mourn her passing, her son Robert J. Lachance, Jr., and daughter-in-law, Lisa of East Haddam CT, her loving grandchildren Michael A. Lachance and his fiancée Jeanette Granger of Lisbon, CT, Elizabeth N. Nolan and her husband Ryan of Plainville, great grandchildren Rylie and Luke Nolan,and Larkin Coleman, loving sister-in-law, Theresa Cote, several nieces, nephews and grandnieces and grandnephews.

In her passing, she rejoins her parents, husband, son Kevin Lachance, four sisters, Jean, Florence, Margaret, Phyllis and two brothers, Clint and Kenneth.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 6, 2024, from 12:00-1:00PM, at the Benjamin J. Callahan Funeral Home, 318 Burnside Avenue, East Hartford, CT., with a Service of Remembrance at 1:00PM.

Burial will immediately follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery, 380 Burnside Avenue, East Hartford, CT.
