Lorraine was born on April 12, 1930, in Lowell, Massachusetts, to Harold Lindley and Yvette LaBranche.
Lorraine was a devoted mother, grandmother, and member of a large and loving family. Throughout her long life, family remained especially important to her. She will be remembered for the many years she shared with those she loved and for the memories and traditions she leaves behind.
Lorraine was preceded in death by her husband, Henry.
She is survived by her children Kathy Putinas, Danny Dagon, Tommy Dagon, Debora Moss, Ricky Dagon, Margaret Reighley, Ronnie Dagon and Henry (Skip) Dagon along with grandchildren, great-grandchildren, extended family members, and friends who will greatly miss her.
Lorraine's 96 years brought many changes, experiences, and treasured memories. Her life will continue to be remembered through the family she leaves behind and the many lives she touched.
Relatives and friends may visit with the family on Tuesday, August 25th, from 4-7pm at Newkirk & Whitney Funeral Home, 318 Burnside Ave., East Hartford, CT. Lorraine's funeral service will be on Wednesday, August 26th starting at 9am at the funeral home followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10am at St. Mary Church, 15 Maplewood Ave., East Hartford. Entombment will follow in St. Mary Cemetery, Burnside Ave., East Hartford, CT.
