Marie "Aunt Doll" E Gammo

Marie E. Gammo “Aunt Doll”, 92, of Glastonbury, passed away peacefully on Thursday, August 16, 2012 at Salmon Brook Healthcare Center with family by her side. She was born in Hartford to the late Angelo and Rose (Repoli) Gammo.

Marie was a kind and caring woman who always put the needs of others before herself. She worked as a secretary for the State of Connecticut Labor Department for many years. She will be dearly missed by her two nephews Wayne J. Gammo and his wife Claire and Peter Gammo, several extended family members and her frequent visitor Rose Brown.

The family would like to thank the staff at Salmon Brook- A Wing for their loving and attentive care of Aunt Doll.
