Dear fun neighbor, friend, lunch buddy, you will be sorely missed in our lives. You always were ready to provide a challenging discourse during our many discussions, offering opinions not previously considered. You contributed more to our Association than others ever knew, and for that I thank you. The fellas will continue our luncheons of course, because there are many more world problems to solve, and we'll leave a seat open for you because you will always be an important part of our community, our group, our friend, our discussions. God Bless you Buddy.

I was saddened to hear of Uncle Phil's passing. He knew how to embellish a tale to make it sound bigger than life. I'll never forget his 50th birthday party and the barrel full of oysters or was it clams on ice. He was so happy. He tried to goad me into slurping one down but I wasn't tempted. After much debate, I finally gave in to celebrate his Birthday. I gagged and of course he laughed and called me a lightweight. But, it was the debate that he loved most. Love to all at this sorrowful time.
