Phyliss E. McCabe, 72 of East Hartford, passed away July 11, 2013. She was born in Hartford, a daughter of the late George D. and Constance C. (Flynn) Gilbert. She was predeceased by her husband Gerald McCabe and her son Scott McCabe. She is survived by her loving daughter Jenny McCabe of Glastonbury. Funeral services and burial are private. Newkirk & Whitney Funeral Home, 318 Burnside Avenue is entrusted with her arrangements.
