Ronnie J. Farnham

Ronnie Jay Farnham, 57, of East Hartford passed away on Sunday, June 20, 2021 at St. Francis Hospital in Hartford. Born in Hartford on May 1,1964, a son of the late Cecil Jr. and Laura (Hughes) Farnham he was a resident of East Hartford, CT., and formally of Glastonbury CT, and Port St. Lucie Florida. He was a graduate of Penney High School, Class of 1983 and a graduate of Stone Academy in East Hartford. Ronnie was a Boy Scout and attained the rank of Eagle Scout. He worked for Ames Department Store & Home Depot in CT and worked at Martin Memorial Hospital in Stuart, FL doing medical billing and scheduling. Ronnie was a member of the Fraternal Organization, Loyal Order of Moose, Chapter 1477 in East Hartford. He is survived by his sister Gail Farnham of East Hartford, brother Wayne & DeEtt Farnham of West Suffield, brother Allen & Jo-Ann Farnham of Glastonbury. He also leaves his nephew Edward & Dawn Keeney of Barnwell, South Carolina, nieces Holly & Geoff Bush of Carlisle, PA, Kimberli & Ian Smith of West Suffield, CT., Meaghan Farnham of Boiling Springs, PA., nephew Jody Allen & Laura Farnham of Glastonbury, CT. Ronnie also leaves his great nieces & nephews, Cheyenne Keeney of South Carolina, Savannah & Dakota Keeney of Quincy, IN, Genna, Gabriella & Gracie Bush of Carlisle, PA, Jaydalin & Tristan Smith of West Suffield, CT., Mackenzie Keith of Boiling Springs, PA., Hadley & Jameson Farnham of Glastonbury, CT. He was predeceased by his niece Laura R. Keeney and nephew Charles Keeney. The Farnham family would like to extend their sincere gratitude and appreciation to the nurses, aides, doctors and care team at St. Francis Hospital for their compassion and love toward Ronnie during this most difficult time. We would like to also thank all of Ronnie’s friends as well, for their help and encouraging support to him. Per Ronnie’s request there will be no calling hours. Burial will be at a later date.
