Thomas Francis Duggan

Tommy enjoyed nature and spent most of his time outdoors. He will be most remembered for his love of fishing, playing cards and cooking. He enjoyed time with his family. He was always willing to lend a helping hand to family and friends.

Tommy will be dearly missed by his family; brothers Jimmy Duggan of East Hartford, Michael Duggan and his wife Lynn of Kissimmee, FL., John Duggan and his wife Tammis of Farmington, sisters Anna Sullivan of East Hartford, Mary Fitzpatrick and her husband Joseph of Coventry, Eileen Redshaw and her husband Brian of Tolland, Robin Duggan of Vernon, and many nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles.

The family would like to thank Jerry for his support and friendship with Tommy through the years.

A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, September 24, 2015 at 10:30am in St. Rose Church, 33 Church Street, East Hartford. There are no calling hours, burial is private and at the convenience of the family. Newkirk & Whitney Funeral Home, 318 Burnside Ave., East Hartford, is assisting with arrangements.
