He leaves his mother Phoebe Masse, his three brothers Craig and Robert Baker of East Hartford. Scott Baker and his wife Cindy and their two children Angeline and Joshua of Maryland. Todd was employed by quality coils for many years. He enjoyed football, canvas painting, and drawing. He loved history subjects. He will be deeply missed by all.
