Wilbur Bryant Russell Jr. 82, husband of the late Donna May Russell, passed away peacefully on Saturday, October 10, 2026. He was born October 14, 1943 in Norwich, CT a son of the late Wilbur B. and Edith (Gonsalves) Russell Sr. Until his retirement Wilbur was a supervisor of maintenance at Manchester Community College.
He is survived by three sons; Bryant, Joseph and Vincent Russell, a daughter Darci Russell, several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; two sisters; Ella Baccouchey, and Flora McMeans, four brothers; Harold, Manuel, John and Kenny Russel. He was predeceased by two sisters; Dorothy Willis and Edith Budik and a brother Anthony Russell.
Relatives and friends may visit witht he family on Monday, October 19 from 10am - 12 noon. A Celebration of Wilbur's life will immediately follow as will burial at Hillside Cemetery, East Hartford.
