Ardis Anne Teed

Ardis Anne Teed, September 30, 1930 - December 25, 2025. Born in Bath. Michigan to her parents, Claude Porter and Coral (Dryer) Porter, lived a life marked by quiet strength, devotion to family, and a deep connection to the community she called called home. She grew up in the Bath area, where her roots ran deep and where she developed the values that shaped her life: kindness, resilience, and a steady dedication to those she loved.

Ardis is survived by her children, Susan (Teed) Cotto, Robert Teed, Ronald Teed, Coral (Teed) Newton and James Teed. Ardis leaves behind many grandchildren and great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. We all take comfort in the knowledge that she is in the presence of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ.

She was preceded in death by a son, David Teed, and a daughter, Gail (Teed) Putt; her parents, Claude and Coral Porter.

Ardis spent her years building a warm and welcoming home, offering support, guidance, and unconditional love to family and friends alike. Her presence was a constant source of comfort, and her gentle spirit touched everyone fortunate enough to know her.

Ardis will be remembered for her love of the outdoors and would take her children on road trips around the country on summer vacations, and for the legacy of love she leaves behind.

A Celebration of Life will be held in the summer. Her memory will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
