Betty Jane Fee

Holt, Michigan

Age 82, passed away quietly on Aug 3, 2012. She was born July 12, 1930 in Flint, MI to the late John Lewis and Nina Medaugh. Betty was a devout Catholic and took great comfort in praying the Rosary. She was an avid Euchre player and active member of Moose Lodge 440, VFW Post 3774 and American Legion Post 370 for many years. Her greatest pleasure was spending time with her family.

Betty was preceded in death by three husbands: Dominick Stroik, Earl Dagon and Robert Fee, three brothers and two sisters. She also has 7 infant children and a grandchild, Shannon, waiting for her in heaven. Left to cherish her memory are her sister Ethel Daly, son Gary Stroik, Sr. (Sarah), daughter Laurie Stroik-Lupu (Ron), 4 grandchildren, several step-grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews, special friends Amy, Ashley and Richard and her loyal dog Penny.

A funeral mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, August 7, at 11:00 at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, 955 Alton Rd., East Lansing. Luncheon to follow at the church. Rite of Committal will follow at Mills Twp. Cemetery, Prescott, MI. The family will receive friends at Gorsline Runciman Funeral Homes, 1730 E. Grand River Ave., East Lansing on Monday from 2-

4 and 6-8 pm, where the Rosary will be prayed at 7 p.m. The family will also receive friends at the church on Tuesday one hour prior to the service.
