Carter E. Ayers

Born September 16, 1947 in Knoxville, Tennessee, the son of the late Willard and Ruth (Coleman) Ayers passed away July 21, 2013 at the age of 65. He was preceded in death by his parents. Surviving to cherish his memory are his beloved wife Kathy (Ellis) Ayers; loving daughter and husband Davina and John Kark; and sister Joyce Frazier; also survived by several nieces and nephews, grandchildren, step-children, step-grandchildren, grandnieces and nephews also a great-grandniece; Tod and Sharon Barr; other relatives in Tennessee; and many other dear friends and acquaintances. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Thursday, July 25, 2013 at Gorsline Runciman Funeral Homes in East Lansing, MI. The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM-2:00 PM prior to the service at the funeral home.
