

She was born on March 26, 1939 in Lansing, Michigan, to Andrew and Verma Jones.
Cherie was a graduate of Mason High School and attended Ferris State University. Her and her late husband, Bob, ran a Standardbred Horse Farm in Leslie, Michigan for many years. After selling their farm, they both worked for NorthStar Cooperative (now CentralStar Cooperative, Inc.) in Lansing, Michigan.
Cherie is survived by her three daughters, Cindy (Scott) Farley, Lori (Jerry) Davis, and Julie (Paul) Pozega; stepdaughter, Shelly (Bill) Andresen; sister, Bonnie Howe; brothers-in-law, Allan (Julie) Brittain, Dennis (Gloria) Brittain, and Gary (Elizabeth) Brittain; sister-in-law, Margaret (Dave) Dickerson; grandchildren, Jessica (Jeff), Jennifer (Christopher), John (Claire), Brandon (Amanda), Kristen (Coty), Cherie (Nick), Meaghan (Brett), David (Alli), William, Ally; and also many great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Bob; brother-in-law, Larry Howe; sister-in-law, Jo Brittain; and her parents.
Cherie will be laid to rest in a private family service at East Lawn Memory Gardens in Okemos, Michigan.
