She was born on August 18, 1963 in Lansing, Michigan to Patricia and Rob Phillips.
Cheryl enjoyed being outside and doing projects and around her house. She loved spending time with her family and vacationing frequently. She cherished all of her friendships and always looked forward to “girls night” on Thursday nights. She will be fondly remembered for her kindness and selflessness.
Cheryl was preceded in death by her father, Virgil (Rob) Phillips.
She is survived by her mother, Patricia Phillips; her brother, Scott (Rhonda) Phillips; her nephew, Colby Phillips; her children: Joel Kane, Tiffany (Randy) Kretzinger, and Robert (RJ) Shepard; her grandchildren, Alexandria Kane, Makenzie Kretzinger, and Ryan Kretzinger; her step-children, Lynsey Nearpass, Dustin Shepard, and Tasha Fox.
In keeping with Cheryl’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
