Diane F. Hendricks

Diane [Holtkamp] Hendricks of Gladwin, Michigan fell into the loving arms of Jesus July 16, 2016. Born in Niagara Falls, NY on April 13, 1934. She lived her early years in Niagara Falls and Ithaca. Following her marriage Diane moved to East Lansing where she worked for Okemos Public Schools, Michigan Department of Health and East Lansing Police Department. She retired from EDS Automotive Services in 1996. Diane was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, sister, daughter and friend to all those that knew her. Most recently, Diane lived in Assisted Care at Story Point in Rockford, MI. Here she touched the lives of staff and residents in a way that made them feel loved, appreciated, respected and valued. Her gentle spirit will be sorely missed but never forgotten. She is preceded in death by her first husband Peer Gynt Holtkamp, her parents Royal and Anne Langdon and sister, Jeannine Storelli. She is survived by her loving husband, Thomas J. Hendricks, Children, Justin (Ann Merli) Holtkamp, Tim (Ann Marie) Holtkamp, Thomas (Patti) Hendricks, Terrie (Thomas) Boggus, Harland (Bonnie) Hendricks; grandchildren, Joe, Emma, Jill, Hannah, Logan, Kaylynn, Jessica, Anthony, Michael, David, Leah and six great grandchildren. A Celebration of Diane's Life will be held Friday, July 22, 2016 beginning at 11:00 am at Gorsline Runciman Funeral Homes, East Lansing Chapel, 1730 East Grand River Avenue, East Lansing, MI.
