Beloved husband and father, Gar John Lee, 87, of Lansing, Michigan, passed away on Sunday, January 2, 2022. He was born to Bing Yuen and Soau Wen Lee on February 22, 1934 in Gong Wah Lee Village, China.
He and his family immigrated from Hong Kong to Lansing, Michigan in 1973 and have lived in Lansing since. He made great sacrifices to provide his family a better life. He was a hard worker, loyal, and cared about his family very much. He found enjoyment in flying kites and playing basketball.
He is survived by his beautiful wife of 53 years, Yin Ping; his daughter, PoWah (Josh) Isaak; daughter, BoYee Lee; son, William Lee; and one grandchild.
