Still think of Marc, a wonderful person, who always brightened up child support conferences with his great and witty talent for public speaking. Such good memories . He'll always be missed💕


Marc is remembered as a true gentleman who loved and talked often of his family, friends, and country.   Very knowledgeable on most subjects.  Marc got involved with our Monday night jam sessions and introduced many songs to the group that were played and enjoyed.  Marc loved to play those Martin guitars.  He will be missed by all who knew him.

Marcus was one of 2147 souls held captive at The infamous Los Baños POW camp on the Philippines as a child. He never forgot the men of the 11th airborne who rescued him 75 years ago, I’m sure he’s seeing Jack McGrath and Frank Khrovsky now, two of men who saved him that have since passed on. I know he’s deeply missed by his friend and rescuer John Malejan, as well as myself, whom he gratefully told me about his time as a prisoner.

You have lost someone who loved and treasured each

Marc was a true friend and kind gentle soul. His caring ways and and witty sense of humor will be greatly missed. His annual Christmas card was always the first to arrive and signaled the beginning of the Holiday season. We'll miss you Marc. 

Marc was not only a manager but a friend as well to all who knew him from the Office of Child Support.  I  appreciated his wry sense of humor and his true caring for the mission of the office.
 I will always remember his  tongue in cheek response  to one of my many OCS policy rants that “he seemed to have forgotten the meeting where I was made his boss.”  I will truly miss receiving Marc’s Harley Christmas card. It has been a tradition for some twenty  plus years of retirement and friendship.

I will miss Marc so much. He and Pat were great friends. He was so supportive when Pat passed away. He was a good person and will be greatly missed by many.
