Gerald "Jerry" Hoffman passed away on July 30, 2015 at the age of 71. He resided in Spring Hill, FL. He is survived by his wife Patricia Hoffman, four children; Andrew Hoffman, Jennifer Clark, Christina (John) Baka and Valerie (Robert) Isotalo and seven grandchildren; sisters, Cheri Stump and Shirley (Mark) Sanders. Jerry was born in Lansing, MI and attended GMI engineering school. He was employed as a systems engineer until retirement from GM/EDS in 1999. He enjoyed retirement in Florida, relaxing and playing with his grandchildren. The service of remembrance will be held at Gorsline Runciman Funeral Homes, 1730 East Grand River Ave, East Lansing MI, 48823 on August 5, 2015 at 11:00 AM. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial donation may be made to Mid-Michigan Cat Rescue, 1117 Tulip St., Grand Ledge, MI 48837.
