Glenn grew up in Chesaning, Michigan, where he graduated from Our Lady of Perpetual Help School before joining the United States Marine Corps.
Glenn and Anne were married in 1967 and had two daughters.
He taught at Waverly High School and also sold insurance for Meemic.
Glenn loved the out-of-doors and enjoyed hunting and fishing and spending time at his cabin at “Canada Creek Ranch.” He also loved traveling with family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Joyce Callaway and brothers, Robert and George. Glenn is survived by his wife of 51 years, Anne Collins Gross; daughters, Amy (Don) Krause and Laura Gross; grandson, Archer Krause; brothers, Larry (Shirley) Gross, Howard Gross and Dennis (Nikki) Gross; sister, Sharon (Jack) Alden and a large extended family including many dear friends.
Visitation at Gorsline Runciman East Chapel, 1730 E. Grand River Ave., East Lansing, Sunday from 1 p.m. until Celebration of Life at 2 p.m.
