Jack Laurence Borst, born October 18, 1928, in Dearborn, Michigan, to Glenn and Helen Borst, passed away on July 31, 2016, at the age of 87. Jack was an attorney who worked for most of his life for the Michigan Court of Appeals, before retiring in 1988. He was married to Karal Elaine Borst, who passed away in 2014. He is survived by his three sons, Glenn, Paul (m. Jennifer Song), and Alan Borst, and three grandchildren, Alonna, Aaron, and Jason Borst. Arrangements under the direction of Gorsline-Runciman Funeral Home. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, September 3, 2016, 3:00 p.m. at Gorsline-Runciman Funeral Homes, 1730 E. Grand River Ave., East Lansing. Visitation will be at 2:00 pm that day.
