James Frank Chojnacki
September 12, 1947 – March 24, 2020
James Frank Chajnacki, age 72, died on March 24, 2020 at his home. He was born and raised in Dearborn, Michigan - the home of Henry Ford and the Ford Auto Plant, where his father and grandfather were employed for many years.
Jim, as he was called, retired from the Michigan Housing Authority, where he was a manager and housing consultant for many years.
He earned a degree in Business from Michigan State University.
Jim made many friends while he was in Lansing and decided to make it his permanent home. When Jim was younger he enjoyed riding his bike around Lansing and playing baseball with friends. He got his love of baseball from his father at a young age.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Lillian Chojnacki; father, Joseph Chojnacki; older brother, Robert Chojnacki; and grandparents, Julia and Frank Navratil.
He will be remembered and missed by his sister, Mae Johnson; and niece, Sandra Johnson, whom he has left behind.
They will miss his funny sense of humor.
Jim will be laid to rest next to his parents and brother at Cadillac Memorial Cemetery in Westland, Michigan.
He will be missed by all his friends.
Rest ini Peace!
