Jessica Kathleen Terry

Beautiful Jessica slipped away while we slept. She is in a better place now, safe from harm.

Jessica first came to us on May 26, 1998 in Raleigh, North Carolina, born to Nicole C. Hewitt and Matthew R. Terry. She attended schools in East Lansing and Dewitt, Michigan, and Greenville, North Carolina. She loved the seashore, to sing and dance, and spending time with her family. She also showed great promise as an artist, and aspired to a career to showcase those talents someday.

She was predeceased by her grandmother, Diane Horton, and her uncle, Michael Cherry. She is survived by her parents, Matthew Terry and Nicole Hewitt (Chris), her grandparents Kathleen and Mark Terry, and Tommy Horton, sister Brittany Fox, brothers Christopher Hewitt and Lachlan Terry, Uncles Luke (Maggie) Terry and Peter (Julie) Terry, Greg (Susan) Cherry, Brian Cherry, Aunts Jamie Robertson and Stacey (the late Michael) Cherry, Blake (Kim) Horton, special cousins Olivia, Addie and James Terry, Blaine, Tyler, Kaitlyn, Justin, Hailey, Ayden and Michaela Cherry, Tristan, Luke and Evelyn Horton, and her best friend, protector and fiancé, Keto Armstrong.

Services will be held on Friday, February 9, 2018 at 12:00 p.m., at Peoples Church in East Lansing, with Visitation at 10:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Sacred Heart Rehabilitation Centers.
