Margaret Ann Borowiak

East Lansing

Passed away May 16, 2014 at the age of 86. She was born in McGreger, Iowa, to Harry T. and Carolyn (Zahn) Miller on December 31, 1927. She enjoyed card games, the Detroit Tigers, knitting, crocheting, baking, dogs and watching the birds. Margaret was a loving and caring woman.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul W. Borowiak;daughter, Paula K. Borowiak Skinner; three sisters and one brother.

Surviving is her son-in-law, David E. Skinner; grandchildren, Abigail Skinner and Andrew (Emily) Skinner; one brother and three sisters.

The funeral mass will be held Tuesday, May 20, 2014, 11:00 am at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, 955 Alton Road, East Lansing, MI with Rev. Mark Inglot officiating. The family will receive friends Monday, May 19, 2-4 and 6-8 pm at Gorsline Runciman Funeral Homes, 1730 East Grand River Avenue, East Lansing, MI with the Rosary being prayed Monday evening.

There will also be visitation 1 hour prior to the service at the church on Tuesday.

Contributions may be made to the church in memory of Margaret.
