Maria was a resident of Lansing since 1969. She was a homemaker and loved her family. Preceded in death by her parents; husband, Ignacio; brother, Eustolo and son, Marcus Mendoza. She is survived by her sons, Ignacio Mendoza, Jr., Ruben (Sandra) Mendoza, Daniel Mendoza, Mario Mendoza and Reynaldo Mendoza; daughters, Norma (Lonnie) Baltimore and Cynthia Mendoza; brother, Chito Gonzales and sister, Margarita Fonseca. Maria is also survived by eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Funeral service at Gorsline Runciman East Chapel, 1730 E. Grand River Ave., East Lansing, Monday at 11 a.m. Visitation Sunday from 4-7 p.m. Burial will be at East Lawn Memory Gardens in Okemos. Memorials may be made to Cristo Rey Church, 201 W.
