Marjorie Frances Woodhead

Born October 31, 1921 in Lansing; died December 6, 2010, at the age of 89. Marjorie was a restaurant manager. She was a resident of Lansing and spent the last 4 years in Traverse City. Marjorie was a faithful member of Faith Wesleyan Church for many years. She was preceded in death by her husband William E. Norris in 1957 and her second husband Royal Woodhead in 2000; brother, Richard "Keith" Briggs and step-son, Royal Woodhead, Jr; brother-in-law, Robert Wright. Marjorie is survived by her sons, Jeff (Sylvia), Larry (Debra) and Terry (Joan) Norris; step-daughters, Lois (Marion) Winterberg and Jean (Heyman) Duecker; 14 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren and sister, Betty Wright; sister-in-law, Doris (Roger Dalton) Briggs. Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, December 8, 11:00 a.m. at Faith Church, 2300 Lake Lansing Road, Lansing, MI with visitation one hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Faith Church, 2300 Lake Lansing Rd., Lansing, MI. The family is being served by Gorsline Runciman Funeral Homes, 1730 E. Grand River Ave, East Lansing.
