
Phyllis A. Hoffmann, 74, our beloved Mother, Grandmother, Sister, and Friend passed away on September 2, 2017 after a lengthy battle with complications of diabetes. She was born on January 2, 1943 in Johnson City, Tennessee to Carl and Virginia (Baxley) Adkins. She was a business owner, mother, and wife. She loved to garden, read, and dance.
She is survived by her three daughters, Patricia (Alan) Sitto Bard, Michelle (Robert) Hoffmann Minniefield, and Monika Hoffmann; ten grandchildren, Nicole Gabrail, Natalie Gabrail, Erica Williams, Catriona Williams, Robert Minnefield Jr., Mya Minnefield, Donavon Minniefield, Avery Minniefield, and André Hoffmann; and numerous beloved nieces, nephews, and siblings.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
