Ron will always be remembered for his many contributions that helped make East Lansing a better place.  It was an honor to work with such a gentleman who took on tasks with a zeal and energy to succeed and make a difference.  He was a doer.  May his energy and passion for action be an inspiration for us all.  He will be missed.  My condolences to Charlotte and family.

To The family of "RONALD SPRINKEL". You have my deepest sympathy from me and my family. I met and work with Ron many many years ago with the program   Share-A-Bike! He loved all the children he met and helped. I am saddened by Ron's death. He was a very kind and humble person at all times. He worked so hard in helping and assisting me in whatever areas I needed him and he needed me.  He was a ROCK in the program. May God Bless  and Keep each family member and friends.

I was so lucky to have known Ron. He got me involved in so many projects in East Lansing. He truly made East Lansing a better place to live. Ron will be missed by all who were lucky enough to have known him. Charlotte and Mark my thoughts are with you. I didn't have the opportunity to meet the rest of the family but he always spoke so highly of all of you. Deepest sympathy to you all.

My deepest condolences to all of Ron Sprinkel's family and friends. I can tell by the beautiful online photo collection that his family has many wonderful memories of very special times together. May those memories never fade, and may they help console you during this difficult time. His spirit will always be with you.

I got to know Mr. Sprinkel through my friendship with Mark and Karen.  He was a kind and generous man who went out of his way to be genuinely interested in what I was up to whenever I would visit.  I wish I had known him when he was a younger man, as I can tell his generosity, good humor and kindness live on in his children.  My thoughts and prayers are with the Sprinkels, and will continue to be during this difficult time. I know they find solace in the fact that he no longer suffers, and will always be reminded of what a fine family he raised.

To Ron's family,

I met Ron many years ago when we met as I began my political/securities brokerage career at EF Hutton in East Lansing. He was a good man who sold me my first automobile for my family and we began a friendship of many years and I took his advice and had my old automoble detailed at his son's Showroom Shine in the lower level of the Marriot in E. L.  Ron and I not only did business in cars and securities, but he was a ready ear and supporter when I attained the Nomination for the GOP U.S. House of Representatives in 1988.  Ron's jovial manner and solid 'grounding' influenced me on a variety of issues of the day.  He was a good man, a good friend, and a bit of a mentor.  I extend my condolences to his family and extended family all.  May he rest in peace in a good place which he deserves for his time here amongst us all.  I know I'm a better person for having made his acquaintance.

Ron has been our friend for almost 60 years, and a good friend he was.  Always with a positive attitude, enjoying life with all its challenges, he never met a stranger. Ron's work and leadership have made the community a better place -- he truly made a difference.

Ron always had visions of how to make East Lansing a better place to live, and had the enthusiasm, tenacity and ability to get these things done.  He will be missed.
