William Lee Andrews, age 72, died September 13, 2014. He was born August 8, 1942 in Mt. Pleasant, MI to Earl Woodrow and Lena C. (Cooksey) Andrews. He was a loving father and grandfather. He was raised in Mt. Pleasant; honorably served the US Army at Fort Bliss, TX; was an instructor during the Vietnam War in Nike Hercules Fire Control Systems; retired from the State of MI after 35 years of service; loved the Detroit Tigers and the Detroit Lions. Golfing was his life and he was excellent at it
.
He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Judith Thomas. Surviving are his daughter, Lisa Graves, son-in-law, James Graves II and grandson, Grant William Graves.
A Graveside Service will be held 11:00 AM Tuesday, September 16, 2014 at East Lawn Memory Gardens, Okemos, MI.
