Aspen was born on September 5, 2013 in Peoria, IL to Whitney Neal and Josh Tucker.
She is survived by her mother, Whitney Neal; her father, Josh (Stephanie) Tucker; two sisters, Alexia Skye Tucker (2yrs) and Elizabeth Nichole Kirby (7yrs); her maternal grandfather, Lindsay T. Neal of East Peoria, IL; her maternal grandmother, Ivy J. Henderson of Mackinaw, IL; her paternal grandmother, Theresa Pine of Peoria, IL; her paternal grandparents, Bill and Tracy Kirby of Washington; her aunts, Hannah E. Neal and Sophie G. Neal, both of Mackinaw, IL and Mandy Bailey of Peoria, IL; and her great-grandparents, Wayne T. and Betty L. Dyer of Tremont, IL. She was preceded in death by her great-grandparents, Wayne T. and Marlene J. Neal.
There will be a private graveside service at Fondulac Cemetery in East Peoria. Arrangements were made through Remmert Funeral Home in East Peoria.
