Brad was born on December 15, 1973 in Pekin, Il to Jim Foraker and Joy Rodgers, and was raised by his mother and step-father, Donald Cramer. He married Penny McIntosh on October 31, 1997 in East Peoria. She survives.
Also surviving is their son Brady Rodgers of Peoria Heights, his step father, Donald of East Peoria; and two aunts, Carol Aaron of East Peoria and Lisa Hanley of Arizona.
He was preceded in death by both of his parents and one uncle; Phil Rodgers.
Brad worked as Salesman and Vice-President for Illinois Oil marketing. He also volunteered as a coach for JFL, Flag Football and little league baseball in Peoria Heights. Brad enjoyed golfing at area golf courses and spending time with his family and friends.
Cremation will be accorded and celebration of life will be at a later date. Remmert Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
