Charlene Elizabeth Gaddie, 49, of Peoria, passed away at 7:55 PM on Saturday, July 1, 2017 in South Peoria. She was born in Peoria on February 23, 1968 to Richard Lee and Bonnie C. (Grove) Gaddie. She is survived by her mother and step-father, Bonnie C. and Jack Marsh of Marquette Heights, one daughter Sara (Ron) Smith, two brothers Paul and Richard Gaddie both of Creve Coeur, two grandsons, and one nephew, Eli Gaddie. Her father preceded her in death.
Charlene was of the Christian faith and she loved Jesus. She was a member of the Creve Coeur Christian Church. She had a wonderful sense of humor and a family that loved and cared about her. She fought her demons for 25 years but is now at peace.
