Cheryl Ann Fisher

She was born May 28, 1947 in Kingman, KS to Carl L. and Stella (Kerschen) Wilson. She married Jerry H. Fisher Nov. 15, 1980 in Las Vegas, NV. He survives along with her mother, Stella Wilson of Wichita, KS, one daughter, Felicia (Greg) Gallagher of Normal, two step-sons: Anthony “Tony” Fisher of East Peoria, Peter (Holly) Fisher of East Peoria, four step-grandchildren: Allison Sours, Lauren Fisher, Anthony Fisher, Andrea Fisher, one step-great-grandson, Kiefer Sours, two sisters: Vickie (Craig) Steward of Wichita, KS, Michelle (Dwayne) Forque of Texas, and three brothers: Sam (Yong) Wilson of Maui, HI, Carl Wilson Jr, of San Diego, CA, and Norman Wilson of Haven, KS.

She was preceded in death by her father and one brother, Terry Wilson.

Cheryl first worked as a Dental Assistant in Wichita, KS, then as the Director of the Dental Assistant Program at East Central College in Union, MO. Later she along with her husband owned and operated JH Fisher Dental Lab in East Peoria and she was currently the Office Manager for Dental Arts Lab in Peoria.

She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Peoria.

Cheryl loved spending time with her family, going on walks, decorating, and cross stitching.

Cremation rites have been accorded. Graveside services will be Monday Sep. 20, 2010 at 1 p.m. at Fondulac Cemetery in East Peoria. Remmert Funeral Home in East Peoria is in charge of arrangements.

Memorials may be made to Illinois Cancer Care Foundation, or to her church.
