He was born on October 31, 1959 to Gary and JoAnn (Gartland) Gold in Peoria.
Clint is survived by his mother JoAnn of OK; son, Dylan (Nicole) Gold of Morton; three beautiful grandchildren; brother, David Gold of OK; sister, Ann Thompson of VA; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his father; an infant son, Marshall Lee Gold; and brother, Aaron Gold.
Clint was a union iron worker with Local 112 out of East Peoria, and retired in 2011. He enjoyed riding his motorcycles and driving his Slingshot, hanging out with his buddies, and fishing with his son Dylan. He was a hardworking and genuine man and will be missed by all who knew him.
Cremation rites have been accorded and a memorial visitation will be held at Remmert Funeral Home on Friday, July 23, 2021 from 3:00-5:00 PM. A Celebration of Life will immediately follow at the Country Saloon, 3415 Meadow Ave., East Peoria, IL 61611.
