She was born Jan. 26, 1952 in Peoria to Albert and Dorothy (Dove) Parks. She was preceded in death by her parents; 2 brothers, Kenneth and David Sr.; and sister, Emily.
Surviving are 4 children, Steven, Gregory, Stewart and Michelle Burrell; 7 grandchildren; 2 brothers and 1 sister, William Parks, Sue Hull and Thomas (Erin) Reed; and many nieces and nephews.
Deborah was of the Baptist Faith.
Per Debs wishes there will be no visitation or services. Cremation has been accorded; there will be a Celebration of Life Dinner on Tuesday, Sept. 30, 2014 with time and place to be posted on the families Facebook pages.
