Donna J Baxter

She was born Sept. 9, 1931 in East Peoria to John W. and Mabel (Hurst) Phillips. They preceded her in death along with one daughter, Catherine “Kate” Dooley, one son, John B. Dooley, three sisters and four brothers.

Survivors include one daughter, Jean (Mark) Dooley Pedersen, one son, Edward (Debra) Dooley, five grandchildren: John (Chelsea) Dooley, Erin (Charles) Miller, Elizabeth Kellington, Kyle (Jaime) Dooley, Amy (Jake) Herring, ten great-grandchildren, one brother-in-law, Robert Fincham, and several nieces and nephews.

Donna was a graduate of East Peoria High School, Class of 1949. She was a proud retiree of Saint Francis Medical Center where she worked in the Medical Records Department for 30 years, from 1972 to 2002. She was a wonderful mother, grandmother, and friend. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

Services will be private with burial in Fondulac Cemetery. Remmert Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
