Florence E. Webster

She was born August 21, 1923 in Peoria, IL to Grover A. and Bertha (Kent) Garske. Married Lewis Lee Webster on October 18, 1951.

She was preceded in death by her husband, 3 brothers and her sister.

She is survived by; her brother, Richard (Judy) Garske of Morton; her nieces, Rhonda (Mike) Morrow of Peoria, Robin (Wayne) Palmer of Bartonville, and Lori (Jim) Patterson of Knoxville, TN; her nephews, Rick (Pam) Garske of Mattoon, IL, Randy (Nena) Garske of Bartonville, and Danny (Lori) Garske of Washington.

Flo was a lifetime member of Beta Sigma Phi Sorority, and a member and Deaconess of Glen Oak Christian Church in Peoria. She was also a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution in Peoria and the Tazewell County Genealogical Society.

She was a secretary at Caterpillar, Inc. retiring after 42½ years.

Graveside services will be at 10:00 am Saturday, December 20, 2014 at Fondulac Township Cemetery in East Peoria. The Rev. Robert L. DeBolt will officiate.

Arrangements are by Remmert Funeral Home in East Peoria.

Memorials may be made to Glen Oak Christian Church in Peoria.
