

He was born Oct. 1, 1968 in Riverside, CA to Jack A. and Kathie (Stamper) Howe, SR.
Survivors include his mother and stepfather, Kathie and Phil Gorne of El Dorado Hills, CA, Jacks significant other, Jess Howell of Peoria, one son, Donal Howe of Riverside, CA, one daughter, Tinnea Miles of Peoria, three grandchildren: Tavareis, Theron, Sire, three sisters: Terry Paz of East Peoria, Teresa (Frankie) Delatorre of Simi Valley, CA, Jennifer (Donnie) Liles of Porterville, CA, one nephew, Anthony (Beth) Paz of Goodfield, IL, one niece, Nicole Martin of Simi Valley, CA, and his best man, brother, and partner in crime, Shane Isbell. Jack loved his family.
He was preceded in death by his father, and one brother, James Dean Howe.
Jack and his sisters grew up and loved life in the sun and beaches of California and later in life decided to follow his sister and move to Illinois, where his family comes from.
When in California one of Jack’s favorite things to do was go eat clam chowder and drink Coronas on the San Clemente Pier. He also loved RC cars, video games, body boarding, and was a great storyteller.
He was always up to something fun and adventurous. Nothing could keep him down. He was always on the go. He was a great cook. He also loved fireworks and the 4th of July. Jack loved swimming, riding his 4-wheeler, camping, campfires, and teaching his grandchildren to be good men. He had a wonderful sense of humor and was a great jokester, which made him fun to be around. He had many friends who loved and cared about him.
Jack lived for his “babies” his dogs: Mimi, Kittie, Kyky, and his “Turkey Bird”, a Green Cheek Pineapple Conure. Mimi was able to come up to Jack’s hospital room recently and lay with him in his bed, which made him and Mimi very happy.
Cremation rites have been accorded. There will be no public services at this time. Remmert Funeral Home in East Peoria is in charge of arrangements.
